Support with Downloading

All the resources are supplied in self-extracting archives (.zip for Windows and .sit for Mac) so that they download as quickly as possible. Follow these instructions to download and save the resources to your computer.

Windows

  • At the message 'Do you want to run or save this file?' choose Run.
  • Confirm Run again when given a warning about unknown publisher.
  • In the self-extractor window use the Browse button to choose where you want the software stored (remember this location) and then click Unzip.
  • At the message saying this has been successful click OK then close the self-extractor window.

Mac

  • Download the file then double-click it.
  • Drag the folder from the archive to where you want the software stored.

To use the software - navigate to the place you stored it on your system and open the appropriate folder. Double click the icon named Index (or the resource name eg Number Board) to start.
