The dragon wants to breathe so he breaks out of the hill (Wormy sleight)
Behold the dragon! He begins his attack on Wells.
The dragon terrorises Wells, Dinder, Dulcote and North Wootton
The dragon's hot breath scorched fields and trees (and sheep.)
The people go to Bishop Jocelyn to ask for help.
The bishop sends his knights to chase the dragon.
The Bishop got ready to fight with his sword and crook.
HOORAY! Bishop Jocelyn slew the dragon.

Rattray, a mosaic designer, helped Wells Central pupils and lots of other
schools in Wells to make tiles for this mosaic.
If you come to Wells and walk along beside the moat you will see it.
